白介素-6（Interleukin-6，IL-6） 是一種重要的促炎細(xì)胞因子，在感染或組織損傷過程中釋放，促進(jìn)先天和獲得性免疫反應(yīng)，是一種細(xì)胞因子風(fēng)暴標(biāo)志物。IL-6主要由成纖維細(xì)胞、T 淋巴細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞、單核細(xì)胞和角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞在炎癥反應(yīng)過程中釋放[1]。IL-6 具有多能活性，包括刺激單核細(xì)胞譜系、誘導(dǎo)巨核細(xì)胞生成和肝臟急性期反應(yīng)，以及調(diào)節(jié) T 細(xì)胞和 B 細(xì)胞反應(yīng)。IL-6 促進(jìn)初始 CD4+ T 細(xì)胞的特異性分化，從而在連接先天免疫反應(yīng)和獲得性免疫反應(yīng)中發(fā)揮重要作用。IL-6 與轉(zhuǎn)化生長因子 (TGF)-β 結(jié)合，對于幼稚 CD4+ T 細(xì)胞向 Th17 分化是必不可少的，但 IL-6 也會抑制 TGF-β 誘導(dǎo)的 Treg 分化[2]。IL-6 還能夠介導(dǎo)直接和間接的腫瘤細(xì)胞破壞，并且對于癌癥的免疫治療具有潛在的重要作用[3]。
